Please join us for a free public event to celebrate the legacy of Virgin America and the new SFO Museum exhibition "VX Forever". A tribute to the popular SFO-based airline Virgin America, "VX Forever" presents a wide array of objects that chronicle the airline’s short but vibrant history. The program will include a video message from Sir Richard Branson, presentations by Virgin America’s visionary and founding CEO, Fred Reid, VX pilot Captain Karen McNally, Head of Teammate Experience, Art Huggard, and Sales Specialist, Kevin Nguyen, as well as SFO Museum’s Aviation Curator Dennis Sharp and other guest speakers. The program will also include a dance performance by flight attendant Mikey Tongko to the VX safety video. The presentations will be followed by a curator-led exhibition tour and the viewing of other Virgin America artifacts from the SFO Museum collection not in the exhibition.
