On this last day of 2020, we wrap up SFO Museum’s 40th anniversary year with a celebration of the Aviation Museum & Library, which opened in December 2000. “History of San Francisco International Airport,” the Aviation Museum’s first exhibition, featured original documents, drawings, architectural elements, meteorological devices, building materials, and photographs that traced the development and operation of @flySFO from the opening of Mills Field in 1927 to the activation of the International Terminal in 2000.
