On January 25, 1929, Panagra (Pan American-Grace Airways Inc.) was formed. As a joint venture between W. R. Grace & Co., a shipping and mining company, and Pan American Airways, each held half of the new airline’s stock. From the 1930s to the 1960s, Panagra served many countries in South America, including #Colombia, #Ecuador, #Peru, #Chile, #Uruguay, and #Argentina. Have you been to South America?
