Happy Birthday to the late Marvin Lipofsky! Born #onthisday in 1938, Lipofsky, a long-time Bay Area resident, was a leading figure in the American studio glass movement. For close to five decades, Lipofsky worked in glass factories and workshops in more than twenty-five countries on five different continents, earning him the title of the “roving ambassador of glass.” Celebrate his life and art with “Marvin Lipofsky: International Studio Glass," which is on view pre-security in the International Terminal and online at: https://bit.ly/MarvinLipofsky
