Word of the day: phillumenist - a collector of matchbooks or matchboxes, "lover of light." Matchbooks have long been a popular and inexpensive promotional item for companies to manufacture. Although their production has declined dramatically since a heyday in the 1940s-50s, their retro appeal is fueling a resurgence as an advertising item. Have a happy and safe 4th of July weekend!
