Have you ever been to San Francisco's City Hall? Our current City Hall was built after the previous building was destroyed during the 1906 earthquake and subsequent fire. In this photo taken in 1924, City Hall would have only been about 9 years old. Completed just in time for the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition, the City was determined to demonstrate its rebirth from the devastating earthquake and fire.
