San Francisco International Airport is celebrating the opening of the brand-new Harvey Milk Terminal 1 today! Terminal 1 was originally dedicated in 1963 and was the Airport's first major addition since the Central Terminal was the completed in 1954. Named South Terminal, it further encircled the central parking area and began a pattern of growth that would continue at the airport for decades to come.
