In commemoration of World Water Day, we are featuring "Day Zero" by filmmaker Jamie Hancock. In "Day One", Hancock trains his lens on Cape Town, South Africa, where the successful management of a severe water crisis is critical to the future of that city and may serve as a global blueprint to address one of the planet’s existential threats.
