We are saddened to hear about the recent passing of Dame Vivienne Westwood. The iconic fashion designer was 81. A major influence in British punk fashion, Dame Westwood created London street fashion in the seventies. Her unique style was showcased in Virgin Atlantic's current uniform, which was introduced in 2014. In the airline's signature red, the exquisitely tailored suit recalls 1940s couture with a nipped-waist jacket and a darted pencil skirt.
