The Red Diamond Rattlesnake skeleton featured in our #ILoveYouCA exhibition is from Ray Bandar. Ray is a scientist and a naturalist from San Francisco who has collected over 7,000 specimens over the last 60 years. He works closely with @calacademy and has provided many specimens for their collection. Many of the specimens displayed in their Skulls exhibition last year were collected by Ray.
