Did you know that Pan American World Airways had its own helicopter service? In 1982, ‪#‎PanAm‬ teamed up with Omniflight to provide complimentary helicopter service for its First and Clipper Class passengers. Passengers could take short flights to and from JFK Airport to Pan Am’s heliport atop the Pan Am building on 60th Street in Manhattan, and later, Newark Airport. The helicopter service ended in 1988.
