This menu produced by Pan American World Airways features a world map illustration by Jacques Liozu. Liozu was a French artist who illustrated many colorful stylized maps, highlighting various animals and peoples all over the world. The items on this “The President Special” first-class service menu included Chicken Royale and Crab Neptune by Maxim’s De Paris.
