To commemorate Charles Lindbergh's famous 1927 solo flight across the Atlantic, Parker Brothers produced this card game to recreate the exciting journey. The objective of The New Lindy Flying Game was to score 3200 miles using mileage cards without picking any obstruction cards, such as the delay or hop off card.
