Did you know Hawaiian Airlines used to offer ticket booklets for hopping between Hawaiian Islands? These inter-island flights would connect six of the Hawaiian Islands: Hawai’i, Oahu, Maui, Kaua’i, Moloka’i, and Lana’i. The flights would cost between $7 and $25 in 1960, which would be $60 to $214 today. Not bad for hopping around Hawai’i! Did you ever use Hawaiian's ticket booklets?
