The round-the-world passenger flight of the "LZ-127 Graf Zeppelin" in 1929 set numerous records and stands as a unique event in the history of passenger air travel. When the airship was deflated and scrapped in 1940, it had logged over 17,000 flying hours, traveled more than 1,000,000 miles, and safely carried 16,000 passengers. The exhibition includes models, photographs, maps, promotional materials, and original artifacts to tell the story of the brief age of the airship.
