Consumer Union's laboratories, originally in Mount Vernon, New York, and now in Yonkers, New York have developed many ingenious experiments to test a vast array of consumer products for over sixty-five years. "From the Archive" is a selection of carefully documented photographs published in "Consumer Reports" magazine from 1936 to 1980.
