A multi-cultural exhibition illustrating bread as a major element in the life of all people. Celebration breads, folk lore, and sculpture will be featured along with the San Francisco tradition of sourdough breads and the recent phenomenon of small baking companies. With support from the LEF Foundation. Famous Parisian baker Lionel Poilaine came to San Francisco and created unique pieces for the exhibition.
