Sheree Kaslikowski: Sky/Flights See all the exhibitions.

This photography exhibition was on display between March 2006 and July 2006 in the D-01 Central North Connector gallery, located in Terminal 2

Air passengers on commercial flights can anticipate comforting and even intriguing skyscapes seen from the airplane window. As the aircraft gains altitude, landscapes begin to emerge below: multiple bodies of water, green and yellow-green patterns of farmland, and rugged mountains. Sheree Kaslikowski, photographer, has composed a body of images with the intention of inspiring and awakening travelers to rediscover the sky they will soon be entering with a renewed sense of beauty, tranquility, and wonder. Sky/Flights reminds us that air travel is enjoyable because we have a window on the outside world and the beautiful skyscapes to be found there.
